G2 Motorsports Creating $37M Venue for Dallas-Area Racing Enthusiasts

If you want to drive like a race car driver, the new G2 Motorsports Park in Anna, Texas will be for you. The 3.1 mile track will be made available mostly for members only, but will also allow non-members a few chances to turn 5 G’s going into some of the turns, as well. If you come up with $100,000, and $450 a month, you get a lifetime membership which will give you full access to the track, the various track amenities and a number of member experiences to be planned.

The cost of the G2 Motorsports Park track is $37 million and will include a two story members-only clubhouse, luxury garage buildings and luxury residential condominiums with private garages. If you want your own garage that will run between $495,000 and $795,000.

It’s the dream of former race car driver Lou Gigliotta. He says that he wants the experience to be “fast, safe and legal.” The track will open this spring.
