FundRebel Launches All-Access Inaugural Fund
FundRebel LLC, an all-access real estate investment platform, has announced the opening of its flagship investment opportunity, FundRebel Dean, to the public.
FundRebel is an SEC-qualified multi-fund investment platform that allows both accredited and non-accredited investors to purchase shares in REIT portfolios. The platform prioritizes dynamic investing with a focus on ease of entry, direct ownership, stability, security, and short-term liquidity. FundRebel Dean, the inaugural fund, offers a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate projects aimed at generating increased value and cash flow for investors.
Investors can purchase shares with a minimum investment of $1000 until the target raise of $75 million is met. Key features of FundRebel Dean include real ownership of tradable shares, no management fees, quarterly dividends, end-of-fund distributions, and a current 6% preferred return rate.
