Fully Leased Wicker Park MF Property Sells

Greenstone Partners has sold 1320 North Wicker Park Avenue, a 5,900-square-foot, value-add multifamily property in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood—the fully leased, seven-unit property sold for $1,825,000, or $260,000 per unit.

The property is in core Wicker Park, just one block from Milwaukee Avenue and three blocks south of the Damen CTA Blue Line Station. The investor was attracted to the asset due to its rare value-add component and its prime location.

Greenstone Partners’ Jordan Multack procured the buyer and seller in the transaction. The Chicago-based purchaser closed using 1031 exchange proceeds.
