Fully Leased Virginia Beach Retail Strip Center Trades for $3M

Colliers has brokered the $2.5-million sale of Kings Creek Shoppes, a 13,685-square-foot strip shopping center at 6361-6365 Indian River Road in Virginia Beach, VA.

Jeff Fritz and Jay O’Donnell of Colliers handled the transaction on behalf of the seller. Colliers will handle leasing and management on behalf of the new owner.

The 1.61-acre shopping center sits in the College Park submarket of Virginia Beach. The property is 100% occupied and located along the thoroughfare of Indian River Road with close proximity to S. Military Highway.

According to Colliers, Jiffy Lube recently signed a 10-year lease extension that continues its commitment to the site since 1986, and newly signed leases provide the new owner with long-term lease commitments.
