Fully Leased Offices Trade in Monmouth County

JLL Capital Markets closed the $14.75-million sale of 100 Tormee Dr., a 90,008-square-foot office building in Tinton Falls, NJ. A team led by senior managing directors Jeremy Neuer and Jose Cruz and senior analyst Pranav Patel marketed the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, Rockford Holdings.

100 Tormee Dr. is located in Monmouth County, just off of the Garden State Parkway. Completed in 2001, the building has been fully leased since completion due to its unique infrastructure including heavy power and fiber connectivity.

“Closing an office transaction in this market can be challenging,” said Neuer. “Both parties worked together to get to the finish line, and we look forward to working with the seller, Steve Makowsky and the Rockford team again soon.”
