Fully Leased Office Complex Sold for $22M
Three stories tall and fully leased, office complex Highland Place 1 is located in a sought-after submarket of Denver – and it has sold for $22.2 million
Cushman & Wakefield brokered the disposition sale of Highland Place I, a 138,771-square-foot office property in Centennial, Colo., one of Denver’s premier office submarkets. The building was acquired by Colorado-based Bridle Dale, LLC.
The seller was Orange County, Calif.-based Dornin Investment Group. The sellers were represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jon Hendrickson, Aaron Johnson, Eric Wichterman and Mike Coover.
“As return to work policies emerge, Denver’s southeast suburban submarket will follow. Leasing and tour activity have already been increasing. Investors suggest that the time to buy is now,” Hendrickson said in a news release.
Building particulars include location at 8085 Chester St., built in the 1980s and situated on 6.2 acres in a larger business park known as the Panorama / Highland Business Park – a 115-acre master planned business park in Denver’s vibrant Southeast Suburban submarket.
