Fully-Leased Mixed-Use Changes Hands in Fulton Market

Greenstone Partners closed the sale of a 100% leased mixed‐ use property at 937‐939 W. Randolph St. along Restaurant Row in the Fulton Market / West Loop neighborhood. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Danny Spitz, CEO and Managing Partner at Greenstone, represented the buyer and Vicki Soupos of ReMax/Destiny exclusively represented the seller. “There was some turnover during the past year during the pandemic; however, with an unbeatable location and optimal sized spaces on Randolph Street, the vacancies were filled immediately,” said Spitz.

One of the vacancies filled in the mid‐block property along Restaurant Row was by Stephanie Izard’s new test‐kitchen and event space that opened in 2021, along with the adjacent retail leased since 2016 by Ora Dental.

The buyer, a private out‐of‐state investor, bought the 9,000-square-foot building as a long‐term investment based on the location and quality of the building and tenants.
