Fully Leased Kearny Mesa Warehouse Sells to Burke Real Estate

ViaWest Group, in partnership with Colliers, closed the sale of a 53,978 square-foot industrial distribution facility in the Kearny Mesa submarket of San Diego. The Class A property, located at 7440 Convoy Ct., has been acquired by Southern California-based Burke Real Estate Group for an undisclosed sum.

A Colliers team of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno and Kenny Patricia, along with Louay Alsadek, Maddie Mawby, Eric Parra and the firm’s local market industrial experts Evan McDonald and Tucker Hohenstein, led the disposition efforts on behalf of both the buyer and seller.

“ViaWest flawlessly executed their business plan of updating the physical structure,” said Kendall. “Their efforts significantly aided the diversifying of income stream and harvesting the tremendous value they added along the way.”

Fully leased to Genuine Parts Company and Hajoca Corporation, the property represented an opportunity to acquire a fully stabilized, highly functional, multi-tenant warehouse in one of the most sought-after and centralized locations in San Diego.
