Less than a year old, the fully leased industrial park has found a new owner. The facility houses 1.4 million square feet within the master-planned AllianceTexas project. The tenants at the site, which was completed in 2021, includes H-E-B Volkswagen, Prairie Industries and ANEW Business Solutions. The state-of-art facility provides clear heights up to 40 feet, 10 ramp doors, 325 trailer stalls and 625 car parking spaces. Tenants should be able to do business with any Texas or regional market with relative ease. The project is close to both the BNSF switchyard and DFW.

Clarion Partners was the buyer. The seller was a partnership made up of Gruene Real Estate Partners, Weber & Company and the industrial team of Crow Holdings Development. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller.
