Fully Built Santa Fe Film Studio Hits the Market
Santa Fe Studios, a fully entitled film and television production campus in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is up for sale. The buyer can acquire a 65-acre, state-of-the-art media campus. The site also includes a fully approved second phase for future development, with entitlements for additional sound stages, post-production facilities, and even hospitality or retail components.
Anthony Jasenski, CBRE’s National Film Production Studio Practice lead, leads a team representing the seller, a private family that has owned and developed the property since its inception in 2006.
Constructed in 2011, Santa Fe Studios hosted major productions such as Roswell, New Mexico, Waco, Succession, Logan, House of Cards, We’re the Millers and, most recently, Walker: Independence.
The campus includes:
- 79,550 square feet of total built space
- Two 19,275 square-foot industry-standard sound stages with 40’ clear heights and NC-25 sound ratings
- 24,000 square feet of Class A production offices
- 17,000 square-foot warehouse/mill space
