Ft. Worth Cultural District Boutique Hotel Planning September Opening

The Fort Worth Cultural District’s first luxury hotel will open in September as a new mixed-use development’s first phase. Crescent Real Estate is planning what will be the company’s first major development in its hometown of Fort Worth. The Crescent Hotel is slated to have 200 rooms along with an 4,100 square foot ballroom and a rooftop lounge. It will open in September.

The hotel is part of the major mixed-use development in the Cultural District that will include 175 luxury residential units as well as 160,000 square feet of Class A office space.

The Crescent mixed-use project will also offer 14,000 square feet event space across ten indoor and outdoor venues, as well as an 8,000-square foot courtyard with climate-controlled-tent.

Crescent Real Estate LLC is the developer, and OZ Architecture designed the hotel.
