FSC Signs Heisler Hospitality to Full-Building Lease

Fulton Street Companies (FSC) and partner Fred Latsko of Latsko Interests, who brought Guinness Open Gate Brewery to Chicago, signed a 10,000-square-foot lease with Heisler Hospitality for 165 N. Morgan Street in Fulton Market.

Heisler will open Pizza Lobo, an old-school tavern and patio with NY-style slices and craft cocktails, in the space in the summer of 2024. The building offers a private outdoor courtyard and is conveniently located near the Morgan L stop and under-construction residential towers. FSC purchased the property in December 2021, which previously housed Tenzing Wine & Spirits’ offices. This will be Heisler’s fourth establishment in the area and second in Fulton Market.

FSC recently broke ground on Chicago’s newest office tower at 919 on Fulton Market Street, and the company also signed Bathhouse to a long-term, build-to-suit lease for a 40,000-square-foot building at 1010 W. Madison St. in Chicago.
