F&S Buys 580K-SF Industrial Property in Vineland, NJ

F&S Produce Co. Inc paid an undisclosed price to buy a 580,000-square-foot manufacturing and warehouse facility in Vineland, NJ.

“This significant facility sale to F&S Produce represents a successful outcome of job retention and economic growth,” said Matthew Marshall, managing director for Cushman & Wakefield, who with Brian Hilger and Gerry Blinebury represented the seller.

F&S received $21.7 million in state tax credits from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority to encourage it to remain in the state. Its new facility at 500 W. Elmer Rd. in Vineland is four times as large as its current facilities, including two production facilities in Rosenhayn, NJ.
