Colliers arranged the sale of a Vernon Hills, IL warehouse to frozen pizza maker Roncadin for one of Lake County's higher per-square-foot prices

Frozen Pizza Maker Bakes Up Vernon Hills Industrial Deal

Colliers’ Ned Frank and Pat Hake arranged the sale of a 68,279-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility located at 220 N. Fairway Dr. in Vernon Hills, IL to frozen pizza maker Roncadin. It marks one of the higher per-square-foot sales in Lake County for a non-speculative building.

“Demand from owner-occupiers remains unprecedented for well-located, functional facilities,” said Frank. “Inventory is so low that you rarely see an asset on the market for sale.”

Built in 1996, 220 N. Fairway Dr. is situated on 5.8 acres and features eight interior loading docks, one drive in door, trailer parking for six and expandable parking for 75 cars. There is also 7,390 square feet of office space.

Transwestern’s Justin Lerner, Joe Karmin and Ross Lehrman represented Roncadin.
