Frontify, Greenbrook Ink HQ Leases in Soho 

Kaufman Organization has arranged two leases totaling 16,170 square feet at 625 Broadway in SoHo, with both tenants, Greenbrook and Frontify, establishing their headquarters in the 12-story building. Greenbrook, a real estate operating company, has signed a five-year lease for 8,085 square feet on the 11th floor, while Frontify, a brand-building platform, has signed a three-year lease for the same square footage on the 12th floor.  

Represented by Greenspan, Elliot Warren, and Jared Sternberg, Kaufman Organization facilitated both transactions, with Reid Longley and Joe Speck of Colliers representing Frontify. “In today’s real estate landscape, there’s a notable emphasis on providing high quality prebuilt office space.,” said Greenspan. “Tenants are showing a growing preference for spaces that are already built with flexible office layouts. Businesses are also increasingly valuing the seamless transition into spaces customized to their unique requirements, situated in premier city locations.”
