Frontiers Academy Relocates from Anaheim to Costa Mesa

Frontiers Academy is an independent private school that teaches trilingual fluency in Mandarin, Spanish and English integrated within the preschool, elementary and middle school programs. The academy recently signed a new lease for a 15,000-square-foot school building located at 102 Baker St. in Costa Mesa. The school is relocating from Anaheim and will open in fall 2021.

Stream Realty Partners’ Mike Adams represented Frontiers Academy and Troy Wooten with Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction. Stream has been working with Frontiers Academy since 2018.

“Frontiers Academy is in expansion mode and interested in strategically expanding opportunities for students in the region,” said Adams. “The change to a more central location will also enable it to attract students in Irvine, Newport Beach, Tustin and South Orange County.”

102 Baker is adjacent to the CA 55 Freeway, and minutes from the I-405 and CA 73 Freeways. It features multiple classrooms and private offices, lunch hall, kitchen and 250-seat auditorium.
