KWA Construction has topped out on Remy, a 357-unit, five-story luxury community within Frisco Square.

The project is a joint venture between Equity Residential and Toll Brothers Apartment Living. Designed by HEDK Architects, Remy’s list of elite amenities will include a sky deck and hammock garden, as well as a resort-style pool and indoor pool lounge. Residents of the Remy will also have access to a fitness center with a second-floor mezzanine and conveniences like a coworking space, indoor dog wash station, a speakeasy lounge, library and mailroom with package storage. 

Additional outdoor elements include a fire pit and grilling stations as well as a variety of cabanas, patio areas and courtyards with lounge seating, fountains and lush greenery. Most units will have an exterior balcony. Located in the Frisco Town Center, Remy will offer residents a walkable lifestyle close to dining, retail and entertainment options, including a Cinemark movie theater, a free public library and FC Dallas’ soccer stadium.
