The Casey at Frisco Station 300-unit project underway Hillwood developer

Frisco Station Site for Another Apartment Complex

The Casey at Frisco Station will have 300-units. Hillwood is developing the project. It’s right across the street from the recently-built Star of Frisco, at 4250 Gridiron Road.

The latest project will be made up of one and two-bedroom floor plans, along with walk-in closets and private patios. Some units will have urban mudrooms and butler pantries.

“The Casey was designed with Frisco Station’s ‘smart, creative and healthy’ pillars in mind, providing an environment that integrates residents with surrounding recreational entertainment options and the latest advancements in smart home technology,” said Hillwood’s Mark McHenry.

The first units will be available in fall 2023. The Frisco Station developers are aiming to offer a total of 2,400 residential units to pair with a 30-acre park system and a 55-acre corporate campus.
