Town promoters call Frisco Square a “town within a town”. And the town inside the town is going to get a bit bigger. The new 357-unit community will be located at the Northeast corner of Blairview and Grace streets. Frisco Square is a master-planned community that will have 4.4 million square feet of office, retail, multifamily and municipal facilities on 147 acres.

KWA Construction is building The Remy, a five story apartment complex, with a six story parking garage. KWA is partnering with Toll Brothers Apartment Living.

Among the unique amenities renters can expect are a sky deck, a hammock garden, a speakeasy lounge, library, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool lounge. And don’t forget the dog wash station. Most units will have an exterior balcony and their own washer and dryer.

The Remy is scheduled to be completed in early 2024.
