The Links at PGA Parkway to start Phase III

Frisco “Links” Gearing Up for Next Phase

The Carbon Companies has already launched the first two phases of The Links at PGA Parkway, a 1,310-unit development west of the Dallas North Tollway. 690 units were delivered late last year. The Links in Frisco began in March 2020, when Carbon Cos. acquired the land for the project.

Now the company is looking to secure $135 million in construction financing for the final 620 units. Financing is expected to close in early 2025. Construction is set to begin 30 to 45 days after financing is finalized.

The Dallas Business Journal expects the latest phases to be ready by the third quarter of 2026 and the entire development to be completed by mid-2027.

Residents now have access to amenities such as a 2-acre park, resort-style pools and a golf simulator.

The Links adds to a variety of amenities already available along PGA Parkway, including the PGA of America headquarters, two 18-hole golf courses, and the 500-room Omni PGA Frisco Resort.
