Friedman Real Estate Sells Multi-Tenant Illinois Retail Property
Friedman Real Estate, a Michigan-based full-service commercial real estate company, completed the sale of Peru Place, a 101,771-square-foot retail property located at 1650 38th Street in Peru, Illinois.
The firm’s Rich Deptula, Torrey Lewis, and Kellen Duggan represented both the seller and purchaser in the transaction. Freidman worked with auction partner Ten-X., an online marketplace for residential and commercial real estate, on the deal.
Peru Place is a shopping center anchored by Hobby Lobby on a main retail thoroughfare in North Central Illinois in LaSalle County, with a Dollar Tree and Ashely Outlet. The property is also adjacent to a Home Depot and Target.
