Friedman Real Estate Sells Multi-Tenant Illinois Retail Property

Friedman Real Estate, a Michigan-based full-service commercial real estate company, completed the sale of Peru Place, a 101,771-square-foot retail property located at 1650 38^th Street in Peru, Illinois.

The firm’s Rich Deptula, Torrey Lewis, and Kellen Duggan represented both the seller and purchaser in the transaction. Freidman worked with auction partner Ten-X., an online marketplace for residential and commercial real estate, on the deal.

Peru Place is a shopping center anchored by Hobby Lobby on a main retail thoroughfare in North Central Illinois in LaSalle County, with a Dollar Tree and Ashely Outlet. The property is also adjacent to a Home Depot and Target.
