Friedman Real Estate Sells Minnesota Circle K Gas Station

Friedman Real Estate has completed the sale of a 6,989-square-foot retail property in Sauk Centre, Minnesota.

Friedman Real Estate’s Marc Hildenbrand recently arranged the deal for the $5.75 million sale of a Circle K convenience store and gas station at 1185 Main Street South. Friedman represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction. Located off Hwy 95 on Main Street in Sauk Centre, the property offers a gas station, convenience center, and touchless carwash.

Friedman also recently leased 3,600 square feet of office space at the Straith Office Building located at 24301 Telegraph Road in Southfield, Michigan. Friedman’s Dan Verderbar represented both the landlord, Straith Construction, and the tenant, LCSOG, in the transaction.
