Friedman Real Estate Sells Automotive Collision Center in Independence

Friedman Real Estate’s Marc Hildenbrand recently completed the sale of a 25,759-square-foot automotive collision center located at 11911 E US Hwy 40 in Independence, Missouri, for $5,518,282. Friedman Real Estate represented the seller in this transaction.

Situated in a busy corridor in Jackson County, the property offers easy access to US 40 and is adjacent to Blue Ridge Crossing, a 575,000-square foot and Walmart-anchored shopping center. Nearby tenants include Lowe’s, T-Mobile, and Firehouse Subs.
