Friedman Real Estate Leases 6K SF of Detroit Office Space

Friedman Real Estate recently completed a new lease for 6,117 square feet of office space in the Burns & Wilcox Building located at 119 State Street in Detroit, Michigan. Friedman’s Steve Eisenshtadt, Andrew Bower and Jordan Friedman represented the landlord in the transaction. The tenant, Interior Environments, has launched the nation’s first minority-owned office furniture dealership.

Located in the heart of Detroit’s Capitol Park District, the Burns & Wilcox Building is a landmark office property. Originally constructed in 1887 by architect Gordon W. Lloyd, the six-story building spans 40,000 square feet of space and features a rooftop deck with views of the Detroit skyline and Capitol Park. As one of the largest privately held full-service commercial real estate organizations in the nation, Friedman Real Estate provides clients with a single point of contact for the full range of services.
