Friedman Real Estate Completes Ohio Gerber Collision Portfolio Deal

Friedman Real Estate’s Eric Hart and Marc Hildenbrand recently completed the sale of a three-property Gerber Collision portfolio in the Cleveland, Ohio, market.

The portfolio includes 26618 Brookpark Road and 4960 Dover Center Road in North Olmsted, along with 1151 W. Bagley Road in Berea, each located along strong retail corridors with excellent visibility.

The properties are occupied by Gerber Collision & Glass, the second-largest collision repair company in the United States, providing stable tenancy and long-term value. Friedman represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction. The deal underscores the strength of the Cleveland market and highlights continued investor demand for automotive service-oriented retail assets.

Based in Farmington, Michigan, Friedman manages more than 200 commercial properties across more than 18 million square feet and more than 15,000 apartment homes throughout the United States.
