Freudenheim Partners Guides Nonprofit to New Space

Freudenheim Partners arranged the relocation of Social Innovation Forum to its new office at 77 Franklin St. in downtown Boston. The nonprofit organization, which connects funders and nonprofits focused on growing impact to create social change in Eastern Massachusetts, secured a 5,500-square-foot space on the property’s ninth floor.

EVPs Chris Rogers and Ellie Cullinan of Freudenheim Partners led the search and negotiation process for the tenant. Jake Golden, Jon Gifford and Jeremy Hood from AW Perry represented ownership. 77 Franklin was originally built in 1912 as the headquarters for the Columbian National Life Insurance Company.

“We feel fortunate to have been able to assist the Social Innovation Forum team in this search,” said Rogers. “It was truly a team effort to find affordable space that is both functional and presentable.” The new office at 77 Franklin provides Social Innovation Forum with enhanced facilities and a strategic location to better serve its community.
