Fresenius-Anchored Retail Property Trades in Antioch

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Depot Street Station, a 28,690-square-foot retail property in Antioch, IL. It sold for $1,944,482.

Brian Parmacek and Paul Butera, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a local private investor.  The buyer, a Washington-based private investor, was secured and represented by Alec Coronado, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office.

Depot Street Station is located at 311 Depot St. in Antioch. The center is anchored by Fresenius Medical Care along with several other medical-related tenants with a long history of occupancy.

The property was developed in 2003 and was 96% occupied at the time of sale.  The center benefits from low taxes, due to the property being in Lake County and having industrial zoning.
