French-American School Relocates with Williams Equities

Williams Equities secured a long-term, 46,000-square-foot lease at its 120 E. 23rd St. property with The École, an independent French-American bilingual school. Serving an international community of maternelle-to-middle school students, The École will relocate to a portion of the ground floor and the entire second and third floors at the Midtown South property beginning with the fall 2025 semester. As part of the “building within a building” configuration, the facility will have a private entrance.

“The École had a strong desire to develop a state-of-the-art academic facility and accommodate its growing student population within this dynamic neighborhood,” said vice chairman Michael Berger of Colliers, who arranged the lease.

Located near Madison Square Park, 120 E. 23rd is Williams Equities’ 12-story, turn-of-the-century property, with 21,000-square-foot floors and entrances on both 22nd and 23rd streets.
