Fremont Industrial Building Trades for $29M

Fortress Investment Group has acquired a 93,000-square-foot warehouse in Fremont, CA, the company’s second industrial purchase in the East Bay city within the past year. Colliers’ Rick Keely and Greig Lagomarsino helped arrange the $29 million transaction with the seller, Weiglein Properties, Sveiks Holdings and Glade Barne Holdings.

The fully-leased, Class A property at 42744 Boscell Rd. features 6,900 square feet of office space, 26-foot clear heights, eight loading docks and 11 grade level doors. It also includes dock-high and drive in loading access, heavy power, 200 parking stalls and nearly 2 acres of unimproved surplus land.

The southern Alameda County location offers easy access to Interstate 880 and is just minutes away from Silicon Valley. In addition, several amenities are nearby including the Pacific Commons Shopping Center and the Fremont Auto Mall.
