Freight Transportation Tenant Leases 250K SF in Perth Amboy

Lee & Associates New Jersey Office has arranged a 250,000-square-foot lease with a freight transportation services provider at 1 Buckingham Avenue in Perth Amboy, bringing the 407,700-square-foot industrial building to full occupancy. The commercial real estate firm’s Claudia Ganas, Monica Franco, Ana Carolina De Araujo and Ryan Mojares represented the landlord, MayPerth LLC.

Yitzi Jachimowitz of Eretz Realty represented the tenant, which is relocating from a Union County location to accommodate its expanding operations. The move to 1 Buckingham Ave. will provide greater distribution efficiency and the flexibility to support near-term growth.

“This transaction was a true collaborative effort, with each party bringing expertise, responsiveness and a shared commitment to moving the deal forward,” said Ganas. “The landlord worked closely with the tenant to accommodate its specific warehouse requirements, while the property’s proximity to key ports and major highways provided the location and distribution efficiencies the company was seeking.”
