Freestanding Restaurant Sells in West Suburban Chicago

Adelphia Properties has brokered the sale of a 14,000 square foot freestanding restaurant/sports bar retail building in Elmhurst, a suburb of Chicago,  Adelphia announced.    

The building was formerly known as the Arena Sports Bar & Grille, a staple in the community for over 35⁺ years.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  The building is situated on 1.3 acres on the highly traveled commercial corridor located at 630 W Lake St. The property was vacant at time of sale.  

Simeon Spirrison, CCIM & George Spirrison, CCIM of Adelphia Properties represented the seller, the proprietor. A local Chicago-based user/investor purchased the property.
