Franklin Street Properties has put a downtown Evanston, IL office building up for sale, reportedly the first time since the pandemic that a building in the town’s downtown has been put on the market. 

Wakefield, MA-based Franklin Street Properties has retained the Chicago office Newmark to sell the property, which is a six-story building at 909 Davis St. Executive managing director Jim Postweiler, senior managing directors Peter Harwood and Derek Fohl and associate director Jack Trager are representing the seller in the listing.
