Franklin Street Expands to Nashville, Adds Jonathan Hawks as Senior Director

Franklin Street has expanded to Nashville, TN with the addition of Jonathan Hawks as senior director of multifamily investment sales.

Hawks will partner with Tampa, FL-based Franklin Street’s existing sales, capital advisory and insurance professionals to provide comprehensive solutions for multifamily investors throughout TN and KY while building a Nashville-based multifamily investment sales team.

Throughout his career, Hawks has completed sales totaling over $1 billion in transaction value. He comes most recently from Capstone Apartment Partners, where he served as a multifamily investment sales advisor in the Greater Nashville area for the last four years. Prior to that, he specialized in office and industrial investment sales with Marcus & Millichap in Cincinnati, OH.

Hawks brings experience working with a wide variety of clients, including private equity and institutional investors, and has expertly arranged the disposition and acquisition of virtually all multifamily property types, including LIHTC, student housing, value-add and luxury Class A communities.
