FoxRock Properties Lands $27M Refi for Quincy Office Building
FoxRock Properties has secured a $27 million refinancing deal for One Heritage Drive, a 172,849-square-foot office building located in Quincy, Massachusetts. Metro Credit Union provided the five-year, fixed-rate loan.
One Heritage Drive is set to undergo renovations in 2023 and is currently fully leased to Granite Telecommunications, which will use it as their new corporate headquarters. This five-story building is located across from the North Quincy MBTA station, offering access to Downtown Boston and beyond.
JLL represented the borrower with a team led by Jonathan Schneider. “Strong in-place metrics, along with the borrower’s exceptional reputation, resulted in a competitive marketing process with multiple lenders offering attractive financing options,” Schneider said.
