Foxfield Launches In-House Property Management Division

Foxfield, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm focused on industrial and residential markets across the East Coast, has launched an in-house property management division, Foxfield Management. Effective immediately, the company has transitioned 17 of its assets across New England to Foxfield Management from third-party management companies. The Foxfield Management portfolio will comprise more than 2.1 million square feet of office, warehouse and industrial flex space.

“The creation of Foxfield Management marks an exciting new chapter for Foxfield,” said Jeff Theobald, managing partner of Foxfield. “With this venture, we’re deepening our commitment to delivering top-tier service to our tenants while ensuring greater operational oversight and long-term value creation across our portfolio.”

To lead the new division, Foxfield has appointed Jason Richardson as its managing director of property management, a newly created role. Before joining Foxfield, Richardson was VP within Newmark’s property management team, where he supported a 10-million-square-foot portfolio across New England.
