Foxconn Subsidiary Pays $128M for Sunnyvale Tech Campus

Ingrasys Technology, a subsidiary of Foxconn specializing in cloud infrastructure, has acquired a 26.3-acre, six-building tech campus in Sunnyvale for $128 million. The San Francisco Business Times reported that the seller was Lane Partners, which acquired the complex from Fujitsu for $104 million in 2020 and originally planned to convert it into single-story industrial.

The site consists of six buildings with addresses of 1230, 1240, 1250, 1260, 1270 and 1280 E. Arques Ave. The buildings total 313,740 square feet, providing enough office space to accommodate up to 1,500 workers, SiliconValley.com reported.

Ingrasys hasn’t yet publicly stated why it acquired the property. A JLL team of Greg Matter, Bart Lammersen, David Sesi and David Ross marketed the complex on behalf of Lane Partners, reported the Business Times. Matter told the Business Times that he’d been told Agrisys bought the campus to enhance operations and support efforts to meet customer demand.
