FoxRock Acquires 164K-SF Industrial Property in Fall River
Commercial real estate investment and development firm FoxRock has acquired 848 Airport Road, a 164,487-square-foot industrial property in Fall River, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.
The property has been a manufacturing headquarters location for several companies. New England Ropes occupied the building for a number of years before being acquired in 2009 by the current tenant, Teufelberger. Teufelberger is a $300 million multinational rope manufacturer and has an agreement to lease the entire property through 2025.
