Fourth Ash Acquires Core-Columbia District Office

Core-Colombia District Office, a 15,000-square-foot office property, recently sold for an undisclosed price. The buyer was Fourth Ash LLC, a private investor based out of Maryland.

Built in 1970, Core-Colombia District Office is located at 1365 Fourth Ave. in downtown San Diego. The property was vacant at the time of sale but previously occupied by Luth Research Company.

Nick Totah and Ross Sanchez in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego downtown office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Eugene R. Luth and Roseanne Luth, a local family trust. The buyer was procured by Totah and Sanchez.
