Four Texas Industrial Sales Specialists Jump from JLL to Newmark

The four newcomers completed over $7 billion in industrial transactions over the past two years while they were at JLL. The team of four will now be plying their trade at Newmark and they include Dustin Volz, Stephen Bailey, Dom Espinosa and Zach Riebe. They specialize in industrial investment sales, portfolio aggregation, financing and equity placement, including joint venture equity and property/portfolio recapitalizations across Texas and throughout the Southwestern U.S.

While Riebe, Bailey, Volz and Espinosa (in order above) were at JLL, they served as Senior Managing Directors and Directors, respectively. Volz previously headed up the platform’s South Central Region for industrial investment sales.
