Four-Suite Retail Strip in Kansas Changes Hands

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of 401 E. 4th Ave., a four-suite retail strip and a Dillon’s Fuel Station Ground Lease in Hutchinson, Kansas.

The 50,420-square-foot property is leased to national tenants including Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree and Dillon’s Fuel Station. It sold for $3,415,000.
