Four Seasons Building 171 Las Vegas Condos

Prices start at $3 million. The project is valued at $1.3 billion. Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts, in partnership with Azure Resorts & Hotels and Luxus Developments, will build a 171-unit luxury condominium development in Henderson, Nevada. Completion is scheduled for 2026.

The community will encompass two- to five-bedroom floorplans with interiors ranging from 2,300 to 7,300 square feet and exterior space between 500 and 5,000 square feet. The development also incorporates six stand-alone villas. Homes will feature semi-private elevators, private garages and customizable terraces equipped with outdoor kitchens.

Common-area amenities are slated to include multi-level swimming pools, pet spa, auto spa, library, fitness center and a spa with sauna and steam room, along with private chef services, catering services and a private wine cellar. The community will also incorporate Noble Heights, a signature restaurant and wine bar. Residents of the Four Seasons residences will also have access to community amenities such as a virtual golf simulator, dog parks, pickleball courts as well as the Dragon Ridge Country Club.
