Four Retailers to Open at Falls Church Development

Hoffman & Associates announced several retail openings in West Falls, a nearly 10-acre expansive, multiphase mixed-use, transit-oriented project in Falls Church, Virginia.

Retailers Ice Cream Jubilee, BurgerFi, Honoo Ramen Bar, and Dok Khao are set to join the development’s lineup in addition to Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Chase Bank and Tierra Encantada which are now open. The property offers easy access for pedestrians and bicyclists, as well as proximity to the West Falls Church Metro and major thoroughfares such as I-495, the Dulles Toll Road and I-66.

West Falls features condominiums, apartments, restaurants, retail, a hotel and The Commons – a central outdoor gathering space with over 18,000 square feet of open space. In addition to The Alder apartments and The Oak condominiums, the neighborhood will also include a medical office building and senior living residences.
