Four Building El Paso-Area Industrial Portfolio Goes to STAG Industrial
JLL marketed the portfolio on behalf of Blue Road Investments. STAG acquired it. The portfolio comprises four buildings of distribution space making up 326,166 square feet that is 100% leased.
The buildings are in New Mexico and SW Texas, all near the border crossing at the Zaragoza International Bridge at Ysleta. The area, called the Borderplex, is home to more than 2.7 million residents.
Besides being close to the Mexican border, the portfolio features infill logistics locations with immediate access to local and regional highways including Interstates 10 and 25.
The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller included Dustin Volz, Trent Agnew, Dom Espinosa, Zach Riebe, Josh Villarreal and Jack Copher.
