Trammell Crow Company is building the Jefferson Technology Park life science campus in Frederick, MD.

Four-Building, 500K-SF Life Science Campus Growing in Frederick

Trammell Crow Company has released plans for Jefferson Technology Park, a 500,000-square-foot life science campus in Frederick, MD at the intersection of I-270 and I-70.

The campus will include two 100,000-square-foot laboratory, research and biodiscovery buildings connected by a 10,000-square-foot amenity hub, and two 145,000-square-foot clean-room production buildings. Completion is anticipated for late 2023.

Jefferson Tech Park will deliver R&D laboratory space capable of meeting Bio Safety Levels designations and Good Manufacturing Practice clean-room production space.

The two three-story laboratory buildings will each have four sides of daylighting and layouts that provide near column-free workspaces with floor-to-floor of 16’ to 18’. Jefferson Technology Park will also include two single-story clean-room production buildings of typical bay sizing across floorplates and ceiling heights of 36’.

The shared amenity hub at the campus will include front-of-house spaces, including coworking space, conferencing facilities, fitness center and café.

CBRE is handling marketing and leasing.
