Fotis Group Finalizes Multifamily Sale in Elmhurst

The Fotis Group at Marcus & Millichap has closed on the sale of 41-32 76th St., a 10-unit multifamily building in Elmhurst, Queens. Located between 41st and Woodside Avenues, the property benefits from its proximity to Elmhurst Hospital and the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue Transportation Hub.

The building sits on a wide 60’ lot, spans 4,134 square feet and comes with 3,366 square feet of available air rights.

41-32 76th traded at $1,700,000. Matt Fotis and Danzel Williams represented buyer Amarbin Ahmed and seller Joseph Preis in this transaction.

“Demand for well located, regulated and deregulated multifamily properties in Queens remains extremely strong attracting buyers from the neighborhood and across boroughs,” said Fotis.
