Fortune 500 Company Signs Sugar Land Office Lease

Primoris Services, a Fortune 500 provider of critical infrastructure services has signed a 25,352-square-foot office lease at Sugar Land Town Square. The announcement comes as Sugar Land Town Square undergoes a significant redevelopment initiative designed to elevate the tenant experience and further strengthen the district’s appeal to corporate employers, supporting continued economic growth in Sugar Land and the Greater Houston region.

Primoris will occupy the 8th floor of 2150 Town Square Place and is expected to begin occupancy in 2027. Primoris was self-represented in lease negotiations, while the landlord was represented by CBRE’s Bubba Harkins, Jenny Sealy and Joel Douthit.

Primoris is a provider of infrastructure services to the utility, energy and renewables markets, offering engineering, construction and maintenance services across the utility, energy and renewable infrastructure sectors. Primoris joins a diverse roster of office tenants, including CVR Energy, Industrial Info Resources and Nexus Water Group.

In 2025, the City of Sugar Land approved a $12.5 million reinvestment in Sugar Land Town Square to enhance the property and further elevate the tenant experience.
