$41 million 268-unit Vic Centre going up in Ft. Worth

Fort Worth West End Site for New Multifamily Community

Work is expected to start this fall on the Vic Centre, a 268-unit apartment complex to be located near the intersection of the I-30 and I-820. The real estate project is slated to cost $41 million to build and the company, Summa Terra Ventures, already has the unbuilt facility on the market for $65 million.

Slated to start construction November of 2022, the project will include three-story buildings ranging from 1-3 bedrooms. Rents are expected to range from $1075 to $1775. Completion is expected in early 2026.

Utah-based Summa Terra Ventures currently has close to 20 projects under development in a handful of states.
