Disney brokers sale of DFW's Westcliff Shopping Center

Fort Worth Retail Center Acquired for $14.8M

Disney Investment Group (DIG) has brokered the sale of Westcliff shopping center in Fort Worth, Texas. The sales price was $14.8 million.

Westcliff is a 134,750-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center located less than ½ mile from Texas Christian University.  Westcliff is currently 86% leased and has been anchored by Albertsons since 2009.  Ace Hardware and Dollar General are also tenants.

David Disney and Adam Crockett of DIG represented the seller, CTO Realty Growth, and procured the buyer, Partners. Independent Financial provided acquisition financing.
