Fort Worth Industrial Centers Add Two Heavy Hitter Tenants
Two new leases were recently inked in south Fort Worth’s Carter Distribution Center FED and Everman Trade Center. The newly constructed Carter Distribution Center FED is a four-building class-A development located within Carter Industrial Park.
South African-based RSI SmartCap will occupy 391,985 square feet in Carter Distribution Center’s Building F, expanding operations in manufacturing truck canopies, bed replacement systems and cargo management accessories. Holt Lunsford Commercial’s Matt Carthey and Thomas Grafton represented PGIM Real Estate in the transaction while RSI SmartCap was represented by Grant Pruitt with Whitebox Real Estate.
DCI Hollow Metal signed a 43,652-square-foot lease at Everman Trade Center’s Building C. Carthey and Grafton represented the landlord, Cabot Properties, in the transaction while DCI Hollow Metal was represented by Newmark’s Bob Luttrell.
Carter Distribution Center offers 32- to 36-foot clear heights, cross dock and front-load configurations, ESFR sprinklers and private drive lanes. The center’s location provides tenants with access to Fort Worth’s Central Business District as well as Interstate 35W, Interstate 20 and Interstate 30.
Everman Trade Center is a class-A shallow bay destination fronting Interstate 35W.
