Fort Lauderdale Industrial Property Trades for $1M
Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate has arranged the $1.3 million sale of a 2,000-square-foot industrial property in Fort Lauderdale.
Located at 216 SW 28th St., the property features electric powered assisted gates, closed circuit security alarm system, fiber optics, a newly built retail store and driver break room in warehouse, repaved asphalt in all lots and a new roof and resurfaced loading dock area. A long-term tenant recently signed a new seven-year lease starting January 1, 2021
Franklin Morrison of Weaver Morrison Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Realty Associates, LLC, in the transaction. An all-cash buyer acquired the property.
